ICL connects local communities to what teachers do each day in our schools.  We know from years of research that the teacher is the most important factor when determining if students achieve success in our schools.  At ICL, we take this finding very seriously and believe that our schools will benefit tremendously when our teachers have the tools and training they need to do their jobs well.  We also believe that when teachers are connected with their communities, they are better teachers, and our communities are better places to live.
